It is believed based on his age that Veltus graduated around 1944 based on his age.  He was born on December 24, 1925.   During World War II he was in the Navy reaching the rank of BM2.  Veltus died on January 11, 1999 and was laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park in Jacksonville, TX.
